�There will be 20 per cent increase in Social Security benefits
beginning the month of October.
This increase may have an affect on
other types of assistance that you may be getting for example if yon
are drawing Old Age Pension your Social Security check may be lar ger
but your Old age pension check may be smaller.

outreach workers and other people that were present.
Mr. Kesterson
was very helpful in answering questions and encouraged us to take anyone who has questions to the :::ocial security office in Durango.

also advised us that anyone wishing to call that office may call 2473128 collect and they can either answer your quections by telephone
or make an ap~ointment to see you there.
Our office will be happy to
furnish transportation in case someone wishes to go.

Our Senior Citizens Social was very well attended this mo.nth with
more than 60 persons present.
Parish hall.
The social was held at the Cath~lic
Everyone enjoyed the delicious food that was brought by
different senior citizens.
After the.dinner the group was entertained with beautiful music
furnished by Mr . and Mrs. Paul Brnke at the piano and violin.

Our Senior Citizens Social was very well attended this mo.nth with
more than 60 persons present.
Parish hall.
The social was held at the Cath~lic
Everyone enjoyed the delicious food that was brought by
different senior citizens.
After the.dinner the group was entertained with beautiful music
furnished by Mr . and Mrs. Paul Brnke at the piano and violin.
